We believe that wellness involves a two-way commitment, and the first step on the path is for the individual to accept responsibility for his or her health. Instead of asking, "How can I get rid of these symptoms," the patient needs to retrain their mind and ask: "What is the root of my illness, and what can I do to change it?"
